How we help

Rail temperature control, backed by clear records

CRT Management includes the full lifecycle of monitoring, controlling and documenting rail stress. It works by installing remote thermometers at the worksite to provide live rail‑temperature data, maintaining an accurate CRT Register, and applying operational controls when temperatures approach critical thresholds. By assuming the role of CRT Co‑ordinator, we take responsibility for issuing alerts, briefing the team, recording actions, and ensuring all interventions—such as inspections, speed restrictions or engineering responses—are carried out and auditable. This creates a robust, real‑time assurance process that protects track stability throughout the works and ensures safe, compliant handback.
